Hi

Created a form based on the provided basic contact form.
Added a couple of new fields but get:
{Subject:caption}: {Subject:value}
in the email.

To me - there are captions :-)
One is a text box, other is checkbox list.

The fields created by contact form work fine.
Unpublished the two fields and get same issue.

Any ideas gratefully received.

My thanks

Go to "Manage Form" then click on the "Configuration" tab.

Scroll down to the Email section and click on "User Emails" or "Admin Emails"

Click on the "Toggle Quick Add" Button

Where it says Message, click on "Edit the Email Text"

Copy/Paste the values from the quick add list into the pop up that edits the email message.

Save.

What I did was copy the field list from the Quick Add into Notepad, then edit in there and copy/paste back into the pop up window, then save.
