TOPIC: Unable to Install RSFrom

Unable to Install RSFrom 13 years 4 months ago #15725

I had bought and downloaded a single site license of RSForm! Pro.

After trying to install it with

Extensions > Install/Uninstall and Upload

There is no message and the browser is going back to the main adminstrator page. I don't get any error message.

What could be wrong?

Hello,

Please make sure that you have write permissions on the following folders:

/administrator/components/ , /components/ and on your Joomla! configure Temp-folder

Also make sure that the "Path to Temp-folder" from Global Configuration > Server, points to a valid and writable folder from your site. And please make sure that the PHP variable:

upload_max_filesize

from the php.ini file of your PHP installation is set a higher value.

After setting this...please try installing the component again.

The last few weeks i have many problems installing extensions with Firefox, since the new version of firefox.
When I use IE i don't have any problems.
So it's always good to try a other browser when having install problems.
