hello friends

My name is sam and i am using the Joomla to create my website , now by working on it by mistake i deleted to RSForm and because of that my wesite do not opening , so what should i do to get them back ?

Please reply me because joomla is very much new for me .

I am working directly in the back-end so only have the admin id and pwd.

So what are the different ways to get those forms back ?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The only way to get things back is having a backup.
Use Akeeba to make backups, when working on websites
