Hi, I have a form with paypal plugin.
I need to send a user email only after payment.

No answer on this???

Kinda weird that the system sends the email before the payment is processed. Defeats the purpose of sending a reciept to the user.

They'll technically have proof of purchase without even purchasing.

Is there a work around for this?

Yes, if you upgrade to RSForm! Pro R45 and use the new Payment Plugins you'll be able to achieve this.
