I like to know about will RSForm Pro will support multiple payment method in one form ?

I like to create a form using Paypal and and also some offline payment and also i need to view in one form itself.

If we select the offline it must call the Offline plugin or else if select paypal it must redirect to paypal.

May i knew the setting how to do in a form accepting two payment method ?

Look under the "Support" heading at the top of the page. There you will find Get Support. Click on that selection and you'll see a Submit Ticket selection. Click on that and input your question. Be patient, they get back to you as fast as they can. Make sure you are logged in, that's the only way you can submit a ticket.

Under the Support section is also a selection for Documentation. Check it out. There are lots of examples of how to implement things in RSFP.
