My organization wants to ensure that we respond to all requests for information, which are posted using RSForm Pro. They want to have a database that indicates all submitted forms and whether or not they have been responded to, by whom and what the response was.

Ideally, we'd like to be able to look at the submissions and have them flagged automatically when they are responded to.

I'm thinking this is asking too much short of having the person responding going into submissions after replying to the e-mail and checking some box indicating what was done along with other info that could be hidden fields in the form.

Maybe the reply could have the submission id in the subject and go to some monitored mailbox that triggers an update to the submission record? Any ideas? It's sounding almost like a Help Desk or CRM system, but I think that would be too much for our needs.
