TOPIC: RSForm Pro module inside K2 Item page

I have Joomla 2.5 and the latest K2.

Each K2 item page is created by different member.

I want a tiny form (2 fields) that are specific to each K2 item.
In other words each K2 page gets the same tiny form but the email goes to the creator member of the K2 page.


I also need the data entered into the form in the K2 item pages to be displayed on that K2 page.

It's almost like having a comment area for each K2 page. The comments are specific to that K2 page.

I am sure it's doable. I just wanted to know if I can modifiy some existing extentions for K2 for this or use RSForm Pro modified for this.
