I created a form and put the wrong information in for where the submission should go.

Is there a way to re-submit all of the completed forms now that I've fixed that mistake?

Or, is there a way to export all of the submissions to excel?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

There is an export to one of three file types in the Sumbissions section.
Go to Manager Submissions>Select the form you want to use
Then select one of the export file types found at the top of the page. You can also select any field to exclude in the exported data. Handy if you don't need to know for example, the IP address of the submitter.
