Hi I have a few questions regarding combination of field options

1) how to add in extra information like the one highlighted in red in the pics?
2) How to add combination field in a row, example dropdown + open text area
3) How to add open text area right next to a radio button?

Hello,

1. Use translation override function in Joomla!
2 and 3. Disable the layout auto-generation and make your own layout
