TOPIC: locked out of RS Firewall

I'm locked out of RS Firewall because I do not have the master password. I saw on the forum that I could disable the pw by running this on SQL for the database: update `jos_rsfirewall_configuration` set `value`= 0 WHERE `name` = 'master_password_enabled'

But how/where do I run this command line? I have to admit ignorance about SQL.

Hello,

Your hosting provider should have something like PHPMyAdmin or a other database manage software
