Hi There

I have a field in my form: Do you accept the terms and conditions, with an answer either YES or NO.
Currently the user can submit the form irrespective of the answer Y/N.

How can I prevent the user from submitting the form when the user selects NO.

Just make a checkbox with the text e.g. "I accept the Terms and Conditions"
