It is possible to insert image into the form? If yes, please advise.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

In order to achieve this you can do 2 things:

1. Use a free text field and add the image tag in the "text" property of the field;
2. Disable the auto-generate layout potion form the "Form Layout" tab and add the image tag directly in the code.

For example you can try this <img src="path to image" />
