Hi, I have prepared a compaint form and now I wish when someone submit any complain, it should generate a complaint number so that the client/user can note it and in future he can enquery his complain. Need urgent help.

The RSform!Pro Support field is basically a hidden field that holds a random generated sequence. Attributes:

Characters: Alphanumeric / Alpha / Numeric - the generated sequence can contain alphabetical chars and/or numbers
Length: the length of the generated sequence.
In email put {your field name:value}

Both of these might be adaptable for getting a number that can then be put in the user email.
