I am no longer able to edit my existing form layouts. The Toggle Quick Add button is pushed over the to left and all I can see of the layout editor is the vertical scroll bar. Newly created forms display properly. Can anyone assist me? thanks!

Please make sure that you are using the latest version (revision 44). The update tutorial is available here:

Please also clear the browser cache and try again.
