Empecher de remplir 2 fois le formulaire - Prevent filling the form 2 times

French Version :
Bonjour.

Il ne s'agit pas en fait d'un probleme, mais d'un conseil.

Comment puis empecher les internautes de remplir 2 fois un formulaire, et éviter de nombreux doublons.

1 : empecher l'internaute de remplir a nouveau pendant 48 heures
2 : empecher l'internaute de faire un double-clic sur le bouton 'valider' qui creer un doublon.
