TOPIC: RSForm in different Domain

Last year I purchased a Multi site Subscription. I was able to successfully create several forms in a domain and they have been working great for several mnnths.

Yesterday, I tried to create a form in different domain and was 100% unsuccessful. I tried to put it in an article as I did in the first domain but the form does not appear in the article, only the {rsform 3}. I installed the previously downloaded RSForm Pro zip file. I thought that I created it exactly as the first domain. ???

Do I have to use the Product code somewhere? The Configuration tab has a "Your Code" window; do I use that with what????
