I have searched around the web and found that people were having problems with this a while back. But based on what I see here:

And typed up on the description:
No more custom SEF extensions nightmare. RSform!Pro works with all of them. We have a built-in router for the Joomla! core SEF, sh404SEF and Artio JoomSEF plugins freely available.

It should be working. Anyone know of any sort of setup changes that are required? I have a simple contact form, that is a menu item, and with SEF turned on I get the dreaded "No input file specified." Error. As soon as I turn it off, no problem. Any help would be much appreciated it. I hate have have to run this with SEf turned off.
