Hi everyone. I just need some help. I have set up a new Joomla 2.5 website and installed RSForm Pro version 1.4.0 R44. What I would like to do is copy my old forms and submissions from my other site, which runs on Joomla 1.5 and has RSForm Pro version 1.2.0.

In my Joomla 1.5 website, I did download back-ups of both forms and submissions. However, when I tried to restore it in the new Joomla 2.5 website, nothing happened. Also, some zipped files contained nothing.

Should I upgrade my RSForm Pro in my Joomla 1.5 website? If I do, I'm worried that my existing forms and submissions might get wiped out. Is it safe to upgrade RSForm Pro version 1.2.0 to version 1.4.0 R44 in my Joomla 1.5?

Any help in pointing me to the right direction would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,

Be sure both websites has got the same version.
Then you can copy the database information from one website to a other.
