If I create a new form and use the default user confirmation email text, everything works. However, once I edit the text any at all (even if I switch to plain text) the user confirmation emails no longer get sent.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I checked the whole server setup thing and that really doesn't seem to be the problem at all. Everything is fine until I edit the default text. Speaking of which, anyone know how to change the default text for user emails in forms?

This shows how to use the placeholders to get the emails to show the values entered into the form.

Not sure what's up with the emails not sending. Maybe someone else will have an answer.

Thanks. I actually know how to use placeholders but there aren't even any placeholders in the e-mail I'm trying to send. Just altering the text causes the e-mails to stop being sent. Then, when I copy and paste the old text back, it'll send the e-mails again. I have no idea why.

I'd create a ticket -- if you haven't already done so -- so that Support can take a look at this. And then let us know how it's resolved. I hate not having the solution to a puzzle!
