TOPIC: Checkbox results

Hello

I've configured my contact form easily (thank you, the videos are really good!) and all is working just fine, there's just one thing and it may be that I have misunderstood how the system works.

I have two sets of checkboxes in my form and the results show in the Submissions, but don't come through in the email notification to me. Is there a way to make them do this, so we don't have to check the Submissions in Joomla?
