Hi,
i have to create a form that has to provide several subform elements based on a decission of a user.

To clearify this - say you have a father who is responsible for 4 childs. so i will ask the father how many childs do you have and he answers 4. now i need to provide 4 subforms to get the names, sizes, eyecolors and things like that for every child he has.
if another father has only 2 of them i want to provide only twotimes the subforms.
if he is not father and has no children the subset should not be shown in any way.
as is don´t know how many children someone might have my question is if there is a way to reuse one form as some sort of a subform so the father can have as many children as he want but i do not need to provide as many subform sets for a certain amount of children i don´t know now.
second thing is that i want to pass his surename to the surename of the children to make it easier to complete the form. great would be to have these subforms in a accordeon or a tab based view.
so i don´t have any idea how to get this done nore am i javascript guru :-/.
anybody out who can help me with a principle way to get this done?
