Hi!

Need help with creating a legal registration from which needs to store all fields plus any uploaded .pdf files to a searchable database. I could not find any information in the documentation or videos. I have created the form now I have to link it to a database that will store the information under a unique id of the submitter ie. say a combination of first name + last name + username or so.

I'll appreciate any help and information.
