TOPIC: Date and Time Picker

My customer provides electrician services and I'm building and request service form. How do I prevent the person requesting service from choosing a day that's already passed and also a time that defaults to the next hour and doesn't let them choose a time that's already passed? I don't see may options with the date picker.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
