TOPIC: Validation error never goes away

When I forget a required field it gets trapped and the error appears. Yet if I check the radio box or enter a quantity the error will not go away. If I refresh the screen and enter all fields correctly the submit goes through. No one else has mentioned something like this. Any ideas?
