I have serious problem here. My form would not send all the information directly to the admin email. Please, Please HELP.The info is stored in the database but does not come to the email.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi,
Have you set up the Admin email? (You have to set it up to capture the form values) Or is it not working after it's been set up?

If you haven't set it up you can see a video on how to do this at the following link:

You can also go to the documentation section of "Getting Started" search for "email" and you'll get a list of articles that will give you instructions on how to configure/set up the emails from RSForms Pro.

It would be best to create a ticket and submit it to the RSJoomla support group. They are better equipped to help with this type of issue.
Just go to "Get Support" and select the ticket function there. Good Luck.
