Hi

When setting up a form, our site was bombarded with submissions before I notices that I forgot to add the "City" field to the address from.

I now have hundreds of submitters who miss that field data in the submissions section. How do I in the easiest and best way let them add this field to their addresses?

All suggestions and tips are welcome.

UPDATE

We realized the field data missing (city) could easily be obtained by using the ZIP code already existing so no need to bother our submitters with that.
