So I run a website for a Judo school out of North Carolina. Every year we have a tournament and are in need of volunteers. I need to create a form that lets users sign up for a role on the site. Problem is, I don't want 20 people signing up for Concessions while 1 person is managing a scoring table. Here's how it works in my head:

There are quite a few jobs needed, but we need a different number of people per job. For instance, we need 3 people at concessions, but we need at least 12 people for the scoring table. We also need 2 runners, 5 people for catering, 1 singer for the anthem etc etc.

My goal is to make it so there is a set value of people for each job. Once that job is filled up, it becomes greyed out / unavailable to choose. My knowledge on custom PHP is very limited so a detailed walkthrough would be very helpful. Thanks so much
