TOPIC: Missing submissions

I'm getting email confirmations that someone has submitted information through our form, but when I log into the admin side, there are no new submissions.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Please make sure that:

1. You are viewing submissions for the correct form. In order to do so, please go to Components >> RSForm!Pro >> Manage Submissions and select the form from the "View submissions for:" drop-down menu.

2. Your search filters are cleared.

3. You are searching by the correct language. In order to do so, please go to Components >> RSForm!Pro >> Manage Submissions and select the correct language from the "In" drop-down menu.

4. You have set up RSForm!Pro to display all of the form's columns in Components >> RSForm!Pro >> Manage Submissions >> click on "Choose which columns to show" >> click on "Check all".
