I need to create a form where submitters email address must not be one of a list of domains which are very common (e.g. hotmail.com, yahoo.de, gmx.net, etc.)

How can I validate the email field ?
As i am not a coder it would be very friendly to provide a "ready to go" solution, not just telling me that I have to se javascript, or php or something else.
