TOPIC: translating warning

translating warning 11 years 1 month ago #26777

Hello everybody
I'm using RSForm on my test site but I had some difficulties to upload the translation Italian.
So I uploaded the files trough ftp and something is now working but warning when you miss information or enter wrong input (e.g.:Please complete all required fields!) are still in English.
Where can I translate them?

- The string you have mentioned ("Please complete all required fields!") is not being pulled from the language files but can actually be set up in the form's configuration:

Components >> RSForm!Pro >> Manage Forms >> edit your form >> Properties >> Form Info tab >> click on Edit the Error Message.

Note that this field is marked with a flag. This means that it can be edited to have different values for separate languages installed on your website. To edit the field for Italian, for example, you need to select Italian in the dropdown found at the top-left side of the form editing layout (just above Components).

The following video tutorial will shed more light on translating forms:

- Regarding the RSForm!Pro Italian language pack, please note that this pack is quite old and only available for Joomla! 1.5. You can try creating your own translation, the process is explained here:
