Is it possible to configure RS Form Pro to send email to different departments based on the user selection from a drop-down menu.

For example, this is the content in the drop down menu:

General Info
Jobs and Internships
Partnerships
Report an Issue

And say, a user chooses "Partnerships". The email would be sent to bizdevelopment at thecompany .com.
If a user selects "Report an Issue", the email would go to webmaster at thecompany .com

Can this be done.

you can do it like this :

geninfo@thecompany.com|General Info
humanresources@thecompany.com|Jobs and internships
bizdevelopment@thecompany.com|Partnerships
webmaster@thecompany.com|Report an issue

after this go to Properties > Admin Emails and in the To field insert {name_of_dropdown_field:value}

Hi,

I have been looking for info like this for hours...

In your example - where exactly does the:

"geninfo@thecompany.com|General Info
humanresources@thecompany.com|Jobs and internships
bizdevelopment@thecompany.com|Partnerships
webmaster@thecompany.com|Report an issue"

go?

Is that the dropdown list items?

Basically what I am trying to do is have a form that, apart from normal fields like Name, Email, Comment etc., has ONE single dropdown item containing 3 options:

Free Sample of product 1
Free Sample of product 2
Free Sample of product 3

When the user submits that form I then want RSForm!Pro to choose from 3 emails and send according to the selection from the dropdown...

So then I would want 3 emails setup with titles like:

Thank you for requesting your Free Sample of product 1 etc., etc...
Thank you for requesting your Free Sample of product 2 etc., etc...
Thank you for requesting your Free Sample of product 21 etc., etc...

But so far haven't been able to work it out - so before I go to the lengths of creating 3 separate forms to achieve this I thought I would check here first...
