I am using the submissions directory to display form submissions to my site and when I click 'download selected as csv', I am able to only download the amount of submissions on the page.

For example if I have 18 pages of submissions with 10 submissions per page, when I click 'Download selected as csv' - I can only download those 10 submissions on the page. If I wanted to download all 18 pages - I would end up with 18 csv files.

Is there are way to download all submissions from all pages via the front-end in one go?

Edit the Menu Item within Menu Manager and set the items number to All

This is not a good approach, especially if you have hundreds or thousands of records. It will be a huge list (which almost crashes IE when scrolling, as I have tried) and the scrolling becomes a nightmare.

Pagination is a must for front end submissions that are large. When you click the Select all box at the top you expect ALL Submitted records to be exported to the single CSV file, not just whats currently visible. I could understand this functionality if you invoked the search and you only wanted to export what you explicitly filtered, but to have our front end users export 20+ CSV files is not the answer.

I would really like to see this corrected, as its a key missing piece to the front end export in my opinion.

I completly agree with this approach. If you select all the submissions you should be able to get all the records when you press select as CSV.
