Situation: Lastest Joomla/RDForms. Form submitted, emails receive. Hosting/mail by One.com

Problem: Admin email is sent to a domain-email-address. The webmail inbox uses a spam-filter. The text [SPAM Warning] is added to the subject op the admin emails.

Mail contents: HTML, logo.jpg, some text, some form fields.

The hosting providers says it's spam-filter reports:

- HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_12: HTML: images with 800-1200 bytes of words This may indicate a message using an image instead of words in order to sidestep text-based filtering.

- HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG: HTML-only message, but there is no HTML tag The Content-type indicates an HTML message, but the content doesn't include an <html> tag.

- MIME_HTML_ONLY: Message only has text/html MIME parts Indicates the message lacks the plain text alternative part.

How can we improve this, that is get rid of the spam-warning (besides from removing the logo or using plain text format).
The administrator has disabled public write access.
