TOPIC: SMTP error

We are experiencing a strange problem. The admin email from the form is sent out OK but the email to the recipient is failing with "SMTP Error: The following recipients failed:"
I am not sure what is the problem but most likely it should be a configuration issue.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Please make sure that you are using the same from information as your Joomla global configuration (From email address and From name).

You should also make sure that the To field only contains a valid email address.

Hi RS Team,

I get the same error message (SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it : : Relay access denied
but I receive the emails.
admin configuration is
From Email * {Email:value}
recipient to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
why do i get this error message after the send button was clicked
