I am trying to implement a feedback form fo a website, by adding the RSForm Pro Feedback Plugin.
Instructions on this plugin show me that I should be able to use it as a fixed position on the website window page.

Fine, it shows (after inserting a new position on my template, specifically for this item)
But when hovered, it turns into a different form in a different position.

So, I believe there is a CSS addition needed to define this unwanted change.
With this goal, I add a module-class-suffix in the plugin. Thereby I should be able to add specific CSS definitions for it.
However, the class-suffix is not honored and does NOT SHOW when investigating with Firebug.

Why am I not able to use this plugin properly?

Joomla 3.4.8.
RSForm Pro 1.51.3.
RSForm Pro Feedback Module 1.51.0. (2012 !! version)

Thanks for your time,
Ben van Wetten

Yes. The solution (for me...) was the use of an class suffix.
By defining an extra class suffix for the module, I was able to finetune the position, looks and behavior of the the form-button.

The form is then opened (after clicking on the newly defined button) in a modal (popup) which is also fine by me.

Of course you will have to use your own CSS definitions to get this done. In my case I even added a new "position" in the template where I could place this new button.

Hope this helps you further,
Ben
