Hello, Hello,

Usually I use the native contact forms in Joomla and I was happy.

But now needs have changed and I have two questions please :
  1. With RSForm Pro is it possible to add drop-down lists to contact forms native to Joomla?
  2. Is it possible to switch between the contacts using a drop-down list as the attached photo?

Thanks in advance for your advices.

I think because the admins don't frequent the forums much which forces users to go through the support ticket system, which kinda sucks in my opinion as a lot of people end up having the same problems and/or questions. So there is a lot of duplicate topics.

Because of this it feels like the forum is not as supportive as it seems.

If I understand your question you want a drop down box on your form that depending on which dept is selected the form will then email/submit the form to that dept?

If that is the case I remember vaguely that it is doable, check the documention I want to say in the Custom Scripting section, but I believe it is there.
