This is all I receive:

You have a new submission.

{Array:caption}: {Array:value}

{Array:caption}: {Array:value}

{Array:caption}: {Array:value}

{Array:caption}: {Array:value}

{Array:caption}: {Array:value}

I also just noticed that every edit button with the pencil icon in the backend interface does not work.

Did you ever get a response? I get the same email on contact forms I have set up.

Hello,

The fact that you can't edit points to an out of date RSForm!Pro version. Updating instructions can be found here.

Your email contents contain invalid placeholders. You'll have to adjust your User/Admin Email body (while editing a form > Properties > User/Admin Emails), these have to contain valid placeholders that are composed out of the name you've given on your fields.

You can find a list of your form's specific placeholders by clicking on the "Toggle Quick Add" button located in the upper-right corner (same email configuration tab).

If you're using multiple languages in your installation, make sure that you're editing the form in the same language that you're using in the frontend area (notice a language selector in the upper-left corner while editing a form).

More details on setting up RSForm!Pro emails can be found here.

PS: For further difficulties, remember to submit a support ticket directly.
