I've already submitted a help ticket for this, but since I'm in a much different time zone than the support staff, maybe someone on this forum can answer the question faster.

I have added some fields to a form I created. The problem comes when I try to edit the content of the Admin Email. After adding the new value tags (i.e. {fieldname:value}), I cannot save the changes. Of the three buttons at the top of the popup - "Save", "Save & Close", and "Cancel", only the "Cancel" button works. The other two are plainly visible, but they are not clickable. Consequently, I am unable to save the changes I make to the message content.

I've tried to find the data table or PHP file that contains this content to see if I can edit it directly that way, and am unable to find anything.

Help would be appreciated.

I have same problem, this is my solution

1. Login your host panel
2. select phpMyadmin on left side ì you use cPanel
3. Select TABLE on your left : your-Tables Prefix_rsform_forms
4. Look formID colum which you want to edit message text , click edit button
5. roll and insert text you want to show on your form : UserEmailText ,AdminEmailText ,ErrorMessage, Thankyou.
6. roll to bottom , click save or GO . then enjoy !

Hello,

This is most likely caused by the fact that you're using a newer Joomla! version with an out-of-date RSForm!Pro version. Updating RSForm!Pro would solve this, but for any further difficulty, remember to submit a ticket directly.
