Hello,

For a special project, i need to show a input textbox when a item in the checklist is checked!
I cannot find any similar case.

my form is a orderform and contains one checklist with 6 itmes (product item list) . when user choose one product item on this list, we need to ask it a quantity to order. I need to show quantity only if the item is checked and i want this one showed in right side of each prodict item! "like table"

I don't know if this is possible. Any suggest or exemples?

You can get the textbox to show up by using the "Conditional Fields" under "Form Properties" section. You would go ahead and add the text field below and set a Conditional format so that i that if the check box is checked the text field will show. They have an FAQ about it.
Having the input box appearing right next to the check box is also something I am interested in learning how to do. If anyone knows how to do that please share.
