TOPIC: Payment Details - Transaction ID

Payment Details - Transaction ID 8 years 7 months ago #35832

Hi,

I'm using RSForm! Pro in combination with RSEvents! Pro for the registration of a 1-day symposium (www.surinamedag.com/symposium).
People can only register through direct payment via the iDEAL-plugin: only when a payment got through, a registration will be valid. iDEAL is a payment-method commonly used in the Netherlands.

When a payment is done, the iDEAL-payment service (in this case "TargetPay") generates a "Transaction ID". I can see this "Transaction ID" in the backend of the RSEvents!Pro component when I select a "subscriber" under the tab "Subscriptions.
This "Transaction ID" is key: it is unique and helps identify who paid what in the backend of the payment service, i.e. "TargetPay". Sometimes a persons company will pay the fee, and the actual name of the registered person is not displayed in the backend of "TargetPay", but the company name. The "Transaction ID" will than help to cross-reference the payment with the actual registered person.

Given this background, here's the issue. The "Transaction ID" is not displayed in the RSForms!Pro "Submissions" overview, where one can download the subscriptions. Is there away to add this "Transaction ID" to this download? Or is there an alternate way to get a download with the persons' details and his/her the "Transaction ID"?

I hope someone can help and/or has a solution. I'm am willing to pay a small amount for any work done.

Thanks and best,

Sander
