TOPIC: DateTime::__construct(): Error

For some reason, on the page with the RSform on it is generating this error at the top of the page:
DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (dd-mm-yyyy) at position 0 (d): The timezone could not be found in the database

It's only displaying on this page. Joomla and RSForm are both up to date, as are the plugins I'm using (all downloaded today).

Any ideas?
