I made a multipage form calculation. How do the following functionality. Has anyone done something similar?
At 18 pages multipage forms have 10 questions. I used to count on each of the 18 pages of multipage forms. A total of 180 questions. How to get the functionality that fills that scored each side of the test must be achieved. I would like to fill the form received by e-mail at what level he passed.

If I understand correctly each page should provide a score for the user, based on his selections, if 6-10 answers are correct on the first page the user receives the `level A0` badge, if he answers another 6-10 answers correctly on the second page he should also receive a `level A1.1` badge.
Each page will have its own result and this should be sent in the component specific emails, is this correct?
In order to achieve this you could try adding several hidden fields to your form, one for each page, where you will store the result of the users answers. When the form is submitted you will need to check the users answers for each page using a custom script, this will also need to enter the result in the hidden field. If the user has answered the minimum number of questions correctly the hidden field should contain the value `level A0` if not the hidden field should contain a value explaining that the number of correct answers was not enough to qualify for the `level A0` rank.
Can you help or a tutorial on how to write it? If you can do it I can pay?
