Hello

I create a form and i would like to had an administration link on the main menu .

How to create it?

Is it possible to export submission from the frontend?

Create an admin menu that is only visible to a Manager who is logged on to the site. (I'm assuming you want to use the RSForm Pro Directory feature to view/edit your submissions.)

After configuring the directory for each form create a menu item that points to that form's RSForm directory choice. Set the access to the items to "Special" so they can see it when logged in but the general public cannot. Assuming you have the directory configured correctly you can search/view/edit and export to CSV all entries.

I would like to use this feature too.... But in addition have a "+" button to add a submission by that admin. Is that possible ?

Just put a menu item for the form you want to submit on that same menu and set the menu item's permission to Special so it isn't available to the public.

Yeah I thought to that...

But the submission of the form implies that 2 mails are sent (1 to the user, 1 to the admin) and I want to avoid that.

I would just like that the manager has a list of all fields and can fill in those he needs and just click "add"....
