Dear Sir,
I would like to edit the HTML template of the email automatically sent by users after filling in the form.

In particular, I would like that the label of the field would show ONLY if the same field is shown in the form.

Example: hotel forms

If the user selects the number – 3 Rooms - in the field “Room(s)”, the template of the email sent back to the hotel is the following:

ROOM 1 | 2 adults | 1 kid
ROOM 2 | 3 adults | 0 kids
ROOM 3 | 1 adult | 2 kids

If, however, the user selects a different number of rooms – say 1 room – the template should show just the label of the Room 1 as in

ROOM 1 | 2 adults | 1 kid,

and not as it is now:
ROOM 1 | 2 adults | 1 kid
ROOM 2 | |
ROOM 3 | |

You can do it with a Pdf which is what we use for membership forms, I dont think it works for emails.
