The booking part would be simple. You would just have to create a form with all the room options and a calendar to choose the dates. But this would work only if all of the rooms were always available.

First you would have to connect to the database which contains the booking information for those hotel rooms, and get a list of availability. Or let the customer select dates first, and only then check if there is availability on those dates. Tricky stuff.

Depends really what kind of database you have for the rooms. I assume creating the whole system on RSForms is not something you should do when there are ready-made booking extensions available.
