I have created a form so managers can report a employees illness to our wellness coordinator. The form has a checkbox group that has 14 options with multiple selections allowed.

How do I return those values in the admin email with comma separations or some other break between values?

As a example they select Fever, Nasal Congestion, and Runny Nose

{Symptoms:value} will return it looking like this "Fever Nasal Congestion Runny Nose"

when we want it to return with something like this Fever, Nasal Congestion, Runny Nose

I am sure it is easy and I am just overlooking it but I have searched for 2 days now and cant find any information that will help me with my specific need.

Hello,

The 'Multiple Selections Separator' feature allows you to control the way multiple selections are displayed into the email message body, go to: Form Properties > Form Info > Misc and insert a comma ',' into this field, afterwards test the form once more. More on this here:
