Hello Guys

I'm running a form for registrations in a trail-running race. Runners have age-groups as follow:

Juniors 18-22 years
Seniores 23-34 years
Vet 35 35-39 years
Vet 40 40-44 years
And more...

My goal is to calculate this age groups according to birthdates, to insert it in a hidden field just be be show at the frontend submission view.

Any ideia how i can solve this?
