One of the strong combinations of using Marketing automation (Mautic), CRM (SuiteCRM), CMS (Joomla) together is that all these are open source and very good products.

The problem is what form you should use to get it all integrated? With WordPress you can use this solution medium.com/@NinJoan/lifesaver-how-to-fee...-form-7-ae1245152218 but how can you do it with RS Form ?

Any tips how this could be done?

Are you aware of the Mautic plugin for Joomla? This does not allow you to integrate it with RsForms though. I too would like an RsForms plugin for integration. I think that this would be very hard though as the forms in Mautic (as you know) are coded into the Mautic campaigns. I use UnBounce landing pages and post the Mautic campaign forms on those pages just by adding the Javascript code and the html form code. You can do it the very same way in Joomla. Or, you can just use the Mautic extension and add the form by means of a shortcode in Joomla. See

If you are using something like JA Pagebuilder (we are experimenting with it but are turned off by slow pageload times) you could just install the Mautic Joomla extension and then add the CTA form via the shortcode driven by the content plugin. Or you could create blank landing pages by using a different Joomla template from your main pages and just building the pages that way. Yet another option is the Geek Landing Page plugin. In all these cases you have to code forms as I stated above.

Thanks for answer and info. I am using SP Pagebuilder with Helix III template framework so I will investigate how that could be implemented similar. You see other CRM integrations and bcs of SuiteCRM that is a fork of SugarCRM it would be nice to have the triplet working with RS Form bcs otherwise to use RS Form without having CRM & marketing automation not give you so much power.

SuiteCRM have integration with Mautic and there is a Joomlaportal for SuiteCRM you can dl and test also. And there is a plugin for Joomla to Mautic too. So the only missing part if the first part to have a RS form integration too that could work together with SuiteCRM and Mautic

I agree. This may be worth posting on Freelancer or Upwork just to get an idea on the overall effort involved. If I do that I will report back here.

I know that many people who use Mautic use it with WordPress. Then, in WordPress they use Thrive Themes. I have experimented with both and am a subscriber to that application. In Thrive themes I think you manually insert the Mautic form. Thrive has has a neat connection to Mautic. Also, there is a form builder plugin that provides a means to map the fields to Mautic. And there are Mautic plugins for various form plugins in WordPress. I am trying to avoid adding yet another CMS to the company beyond Joomla, Moodle, our CRM system (Zoho CRM. Zoho Desk), on and on.
