TOPIC: Multiple page form on mapping

Hello!
I've a problem with mappuing a multiple page form.
When I try to mapped my form, only the first page is mapped in the database. It's impossible to mappe the second page behind the NEXT button. In this case, when I entry information throught the form any information is mapped in my database.
Someone can help me?
