OK I have a rather unique request here.

I have created a form that customers use to register, they are issued a consecutively generated customer number (Which they then use as their username when logging in) The issued customer number is mapped as their Username on the system and they are issued a randomly generated password. They are automatically assigned to an agent via the area they live in.

Then once registered they use a different form to place an order. They need to login to use the order form which auto-populates their registration information into the order form. before the make their order selection. an order number is generated on submission and sits in that forms submissions Database
This form has a payment checkout.
That is great for the customers that are OK with doing online transactions. But some customers want to pay the agents directly and let the agents manage the order process.
So I would like to create a second order form for the agents to use and they make the online payment ast they have already received the cash.

Now here is my dilemma.
Problem one: if the agent uses a second form the order number can't be created from the same series as the other form.
Problem two: I have created a front end password access dashboard based on displaying the submissions from the order form, but if the agent uses another form to submit orders, they won't be displayed.

Is there any way to get the second form to store its submissions in the same submission database as the first form and is there a way to let the second form pull its next consecutive order number from the first forms info?
